Not sure. The slide pins moved freely, but the other pad hadn’t quite reached the wear indicator yet. Maybe this one was hanging up in the old slides.

I did the brakes on my neighbor’s Subaru because she said it was making noise.

Driver’s rear caliper had worn completely through the pad and dug an 1/8" deep groove in. The rotor was almost through to the vanes.

“I think I found your noise.....”

Big hole in the muffler. Pretty sure that’s how she missed the early warning signs of her rear wheel bearing failing too .
